We need a lead or a solution to our problem.
It sounds like Twin Disc or ZF’s would work.
We have a weak Capital Gear HY 22000 2.04 to 1 Ratio Starboard Transmission.
We need a pair of different transmissions, a replacement or a core for the Starboard Capital Gear 2.04 to 1 Ratio would be easiest.
Any current model used or rebuilt alternatives that would be close to the same mounting configuration and ratio will be considered.
Any advice would be appreciated! The existing Transmissions are about 6.6" vertical offset, no down angle and Hydraulic Controls.

The transmissions are powered by Detroit 8V 92 - 380 hp engines, turning 38 X 32 – 3 blade bronze right and left props.
They are in a 1978 90' pilot house Ferro yacht.
We are also looking for someone to do the transmission conversion or repair and tune up our 8V 92.
We would like to repair our Capitol Gear if possible. Parts are available if we can find someone with capitol experience.
