The LAVEZZI is one of the newest 40' designs in the world and comes from the experienced yard of Fountaine Pajot. Her strong yet lightweight-all infusion construction and generous sailplan allow for safe and quick ocean passages. Downwind, she easily reaches surfing speeds of 13 to 15 knots. The fine woodwork and detailing is accomplished by the use of high gloss-sycamore paneling, which provide a feeling of luxury and comfort. New for the Lavezzi are also the ultra quiet interior even with both engines running, since the powerplants are completely separated from the living accommodations. An improved saloon layout, featuring an even larger sliding cockpit door and window panel, further improve ventilation and communication between saloon and cockpit.
